We’re down to the last Kalispell City Council meeting of 2024 Monday night with just a couple of items on the agenda. The first is the need to clean up some pesky, but threatening issues for the Sewer System. Over time, roots find their way into our sewer pipes and, eventually, slow or completely shut-down the system. The Council is asked to take preemptive action, hiring Standard Drain Cleaning to clean-out the system. The bid amount is $424,835.50.
And then, the Council will review and perhaps accept the Memo of Understanding with the Bibler Legacy Foundation to create a new City Park on the far-west side of the Park Line Trail.
The next Council regular Council meeting will be Monday, January 6th.
