The 10th Annual Great Fish Community Challenge is in the history books. This year, there are a record number of participants…80-local non profit organizations.
KGEZ took this opportunity to recognize the great work done by our local non-profit agencies. Over the past decade, the Great Fish Community Challenge has raised over $28-million. For many of the participating agencies, it’s their biggest fundraiser of the year.
Over the course of the Challenge, many of the non-profit agencies have appeared on the KGEZ Good Morning Show, giving you an opportunity to become familiar with their services to our community.
On Friday, August 23rd, we presented the 3rd Annual “On-Air With KGEZ”. We cleared the decks, giving you non-stop information on the Great Fish Community Challenge, including representatives from many of the 80-participation organizations. “On-Air with KGEZ” was presented commercial-free, thanks to the sponsorship of Park Side Credit Union.
