LISTEN LIVE: We're Talking The Flathead

Early Voting In Flathead County

Anyone who requested an Absentee Ballot should have it by now. If yours hasn’t arrived, a call to the Flathead Elections Department is in order. Across the state, over 500,000 of us will be voting in this manner for the November 5th General Election. Secretary of State Christi Jacobsen reminds us we can track our Absentee Ballots online at Vote MT dot gov. Ballots are due back to the County Elections Office by 8PM on election day. We’re told there will be several drop-off points throughout Flathead County. If you plan to return yours by mail, be sure to do early…and remember, it’ll take extra postage. Early voting is available at the Flathead County Elections Office, on North Main Street…and if by some chance you’re not currently registered to vote, you can accomplish that, too, at the Elections Office. We’ll get an inside look at the conduct of our elections when we talk with County Elections Director Paula Buff on Glacier Banks Community Conversations next Tuesday, October 29th.
