The Kalispell City Council meets in regular session Tuesday night, after observing the Presidents Day Holiday on Monday. Up for a second reading and vote, the approval to construct a skybridge over Claremont Street, connecting buildings at Immanuel Living on Buffalo Hill.
The Council will also consider a contract with Advanced Engineering and Environment Service to study a new biosolids upgrade at the Wastewater Treatment Plant on Airport Road. Akin to that, an amendment to the agreement with Glacier Gold for management of the sludge from the Treatment Plant.
City Staff are requesting an emergency purchase to repair the Buffalo Hill well so that they can effect an immediate repair with a contractor and not have to go through the normal bid process.
Finally, Police Chief Jordan Venezio presents two officers for Council Confirmation: Matthew Praetzel and Connor McKinnon.
