The election of Paul Sullivan to the District Court bench has created an opening for a Justice of the Peace. That opening is being filled by 47-year old Tim Wenz (pictured), on Monday, February 3rd.
Wenz, who attained his law degree from the University of Montana Law School, has been practicing criminal defense law in private practice for the past 2-decades. In accepting his new postion, he tells us, “Everybody deserves representation in court regardless of what you’re charged with. He continues, saying I’ve enjoyed helping people and trying to find the best resolution with considerations for everybody involved.”
