To say that a legend in NW Montana Radio has died would be a massive understatement. George Ostrom died at 8:15 the first day of 2025. He was 96. We’re proud to say that George concluded his broadcast career with us on the KGEZ Good Morning Show. The George Ostrom News and Comment begin in January, 2011 and continued every weekday until 2018.
George celebrated his 90th birthday on-air with John & Robin. We gave him 90 one-dollar bills and, “one to grow on.” And, of course, a birthday cake which he shared with us all.
