The building that was once Edgerton Elementary School is on the market. At their last meeting, the members of the Kalispell Schools Elementary District voted unanimously to sell the building, which is now an auxiliary facility for the district.
Looks like an asking price of upwards of $900,000.
The property is zoned B-2, so it can be used for just about any purpose, including a private school. Any proceeds from the sale of the facility will go into the District’s Reserve Fund.
