We’re getting word that Flathead District Judge Dan Wilson intends to seek the Montana Supreme Court position as Justice Beth Baker retires from the Court.
Judge Wilson received over a quarter-million votes in his last campaign for the Supreme Court bench. Justice Baker will serve out her term, so Judge Wilson will be running in the 2026 mid-term elections.
