The Kalispell City Council meets in regular session Monday night, beginning at 7:00 in Council Chambers at City Hall. The Counciil will–on second reading, vot on the Zoning and Planned Unit Development Overlay for The Reserve at Johnson Ranch, at Old Reserve and Stillwater Road.
PFAS is back in the news and Council will consider awarding the contract create 2-test wells, with the idea of developing alternative PFAS sources for the City’s water supply. It’s cost $135,000 for this project.
Biosolids is also back in the news with the Council’s go-ahead to begin enhancing the biosolids dewatering capabilities at the Wastewater Treatment Plant on Airport Road. Swank Enterprises will handle that for $357,398, if Council approves.
Council will be asked to confirm 3-new police officers, who’ve met the requirements for becoming regular officers. They are Josh Welchons, Jonah Quin and Troy Haworth.
