The Kalispell Planning Commission meets Tuesday night at 6:00 in council chambers at City Hall. On the heels of the City Council’s approval of an ordinance allowing for the revocation of Conditional Use Permits, there are a few up for consideration.
Tetra Holdings wants a C-U-P to build 2-condo buildings just off Whitefish Stage Road, in the vicinity of Edgerton School. Fatt Boys Sports Bar and Casino is asking for a C-U-P for a 155-square foot expansion of their building on Hwy 2 West. Northwestern Energy wants a C-U-P to expand their utility yard off North Meridian Road, to house equipment and vehicles.
