Two lives have ended as a results of 2-separate crashes on Kalispell area roadways in the past 3-days. The first on Foys Lake Road Saturday night in a 2-vehicle crash that left a teen dead and 2-others injured. It was around 9:20 when Troopers were called to that curve just past Foys Lake.
The–as yet unidentified 19-year old from Kalispell, driving his Honda Accord heading south apparently took that cure too fast and veered into oncoming traffic. There he was met by a Toyota Tundra that slammed into right side of his vehicle. Driving the Tundra was a 58-year old man and his 17-year old passenger…both from Columbia Falls. They were taken to Logan Health Medical Center to be treated for their injuries.
And then a little after noon Monday, a head-on crash on the Hwy 93 Bypass at Four Mile Drive leaves another driver dead. Details remain sketchy, but Patrol Captain Chad Fetveit tells us that, in addition to the person killed, two others were taken to Logan Health Medical Center to be treated for their injuries.
KGEZ 20-20 News will provide updates and the names of those involved as they become available.
