As a young man, District Court Judge Dan Wilson has been a student of the U.S. Supreme Court, following their deliberations and eventual decision throughout the entire process. Now, for the second time in two years, he intends to file for the Montana State Supreme Court, currently held by Justice Beth Baker, who is leaving the court at the end of her current term. Dan Wilson is our guest Tuesday morning at 7:20 for Glacier Banks Community Conversations on the KGEZ Good Morning Show. He’ll help us understand how our Court System functions and how a case can even be heard by the State Supreme Court and, perhaps ultimately the U.S. Supreme Court.
