2026 Great Fish Community Challenge Set

This year’s Great Fish Community Challenge will be August 11th through September 11th. Last year’s event generated $8-million for 85-local non-profit organizations. There is no charge for non-profit organizations to participate, but each organization is carefully vetted.

Organizations wishing to be chosen to participate in this year’s Great Fish Community Challenge must have their applications into the Whitefish Community Foundation by May 21st. To participate, the organization must have been in last year’s Great Fish Challenge or have attended January’s information session. The selected organizations will be notified in June.

Title sponsors for the Great Fish Community Challenge are First Interstate Bank, J-C-C-S, Park Side Credit Union, Glacier Bank, Glacier Guides and Montana Raft, Three Rivers Bank, Summit Beverage, Whitefish Credit Union, Harris Financial, Stockman Bank and the Iron Horse Foundation.
