We’ve been hearing about the work of Downtown Kalispell Forward for a few weeks and now, we can tell you what that’s going to mean for our downtown.
The Boards of the Discover Kalispell Chamber and the Kalispell Downtown Association have unanimously agreed to a unified approach, bringing together the work of these 2-organizations. Discover Kalispell Chamber CEO Lorraine Clarno tells us they believe this approach brings together the strengths of these organizations to create the strong, vibrant downtown we all want.
Here’s how it all comes together. Downtown Kalispell Forward continues as the community’s platform for downtown placemaking, business engagement, events and revitalization. The Kalispell Downtown Association will no longer exist, but it’s members move into the larger Downtown Kalispell Forward to expand marketing and streamlined communications.
