The Kalispell City Council meets in Regular Session Monday night at 7:00 with several land-use proposals to decide, with second readings and votes. The Anderson Ranch Project involves about 50 acres along Demersville Road with a plan for upwards of 166 residential units. Also, there will be a second reading and vote on a 7-acre expansion of Corwin Motors on Hwy 93 North.
The Council will then hold a public hearing on the change to the Growth Policy, which would create a neighborhood business and high-density residential area at Old Reserve and Stillwater Road.
The Council is also being asked to approve an expenditure of a little over $420,000 for the reconstruction of 3 blocks of West Wyoming Street. The winning bid was Montana Rockies who’ll replace and repair the street surface, curbs, boulevard, sidewalk, and storm water systems.
