As widely expected, the Kalispell City Council unanimously approved 4-Resolutions, placing the City’s water and wastwater facilities plans into the new land-use plan, as required by the Montana Land Use Planning Act…or MLUPA.
Mayor Ryan Hunter told the council he’d like to see the City find funding to do an energy audit by BPA to look for greater efficiency. That’s for a future work session.
