The Kalispell City Council meets for a regular session Monday night with some early budgetary matters, including approval of the AFSCME Labor Union contract for covered city employees. Along with that, the salary adjustments for non-union employees, known as the “me too” provisions.
The Council will hear 2nd readings of ordinances that bring the city into compliance with the Montana Land Use Planning Act.
The Operations Manager of the Flathead Valley Reentry Center, Jim Sanderson, will deliver a report to the Council. The Reentry Center is the Pre-Release Center, in the former Greenwood Village Inn & Suites, between Kalispell & Evergreen.
