The Montana Department of Transportation has been planning it for half-a-decade and now, it’s beginning to materialize. The roundabout at that confusing intersection of Woodland Avenue, 4th Street East and Conrad Drive is now under construction.
That intersection will be closed for most of the next year. That means another route to Woodland Park will be needed.
